1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or placing an order with Hunger Bites, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Placing an Order
You're responsible for making sure the name, phone number, and delivery address you provide are accurate. We check every delivery address against our current delivery radius before accepting an order — if it falls outside our range, we won't be able to deliver to you, though pickup remains an option.
3. Pricing & Availability
Menu items, prices, delivery fees, and tax rates may change at any time. An item marked "out of stock" or inactive can't be ordered until it's made available again. Delivery fees, minimum order for free delivery, and tax are calculated automatically at checkout based on our current settings.
4. Payment
We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery — pay our rider in cash when your order arrives.
- Card on Delivery — swipe your card on our rider's card machine at the door.
- Bank Transfer — transfer to our account yourself, then send us a screenshot over WhatsApp so we can confirm and start preparing your order.
- Online Payment — available as an order option; we do not currently process card payments online ourselves.
We do not store your card details on our servers under any payment method.
5. Delivery
Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with weather, traffic, and order volume. We deliver within a fixed radius of our restaurant, verified automatically at checkout. You can also choose "Pickup" to collect your order in person instead.
6. Cancellations
We may cancel an order (with a reason recorded on your order) if, for example, an item becomes unavailable or we're unable to verify a bank-transfer payment. If you need to cancel an order you've placed, contact us as soon as possible — ideally before we've started preparing it — at 0328-9020-000 or over WhatsApp. Since we don't process online card payments, any refund for a cancelled bank-transfer order is handled manually, case by case.
7. Promo Codes
Promo codes are subject to their own conditions shown at checkout — this can include an expiry date, a minimum order amount, a maximum discount, and a limit on how many times a code can be used overall or by one customer. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.
8. Your Account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential. Let us know immediately if you believe someone else has accessed your account without permission.
9. Acceptable Use
Please don't place fraudulent orders, misuse promo codes beyond their stated conditions, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the website.
10. Limitation of Liability
We aim to get every detail right, but we can't guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our service changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
